One of the sites to see here in City of Roxas. The place is
one of the favorite weekend spot for the local populace and those coming from
nearby municipalities. Baybay beach is ideal for snorkeling, swimming,
etc. It has seven kilometer stretch of
sugar-fine, glittery, black sand.
Nearby Mantgalinga Island which kilometer away from the
shoreline of Baybay beach has been identified as an ideal diving spot for scuba
divers and a perfect rotunda for sailboat. In the past year they called “ Good
Luck Island”, the place believed to be a source of luck for local fisher folk.
